This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through GMWoodStock.com or its related sites and services.

Information I Collect and How I Use It -

To fulfil your order you have authorised Paypal or Wix Payments to provide me with your full name, postal address, email address and limited information about payment method used. You may also have provided me at your will, with additional personal information for engraving your products.

I will only use your provided personal information for the purposes of fulfilling your order, contacting you with regards to your order and completing my personal tax returns.
I may use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under any paypal or Wix Payments terms of Use.

Third Parties-

I will pass your postal information on to The Royal Mail in order to deliver your order, if you are overseas they will pass your parcel to their trusted partners, e.g. USPS, Canada Post.
I may be required to declare some information to UK government services such as HMRC in order to comply with business and tax regulations.
I may also be required to declare certain order and cost information on your package for customs purposes if you are an international buyer.

I will keep your information for the purposes of the uses outlined above, only for as long as is necessary to fulfil your order and my legal obligations.

Access. You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.

- Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.

- Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

- Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
